Rudlings Solicitors LLP are actively seeking a Legal Secretary / Conveyancing Assistant, to be based in our Norwich office. To work alongside our Conveyancing team.

Job Specification
The Role: - As a Legal Secretary, you will be working alongside an experienced team. A desire to learn, develop and work as part of a busy team will be essential for this role. You will have have previous experience with;
1. Basic knowledge of the entire Conveyancing process to include post completion work and be familiar with the roles of support teams such as Accounts in the process.
2. Attend to any office administration requested such as dealing with post, filing, file opening/closures, and keeping the file up to date on our case management system.
3. Completing online searches, applications and forms with companies such as HM Land registry.
4. Preparing draft documents, invoices, and correspondence.
5. Dealing with client queries wherever possible, assisting the team with taking and making telephone calls.
6. Support fee earners to progress all matters proactively, with potential to manage own caseload under supervision as the role develops.
