Conveyancer
Rudlings Solicitors LLP are actively seeking an established Conveyancer with more than 3 years'
experience, in our office in Bury St Edmunds. This is a fee earning position best suited if qualified,
however we may also consider an unqualified Conveyancer subject to experience.

Job Specification
The Role: - Reporting to the Partners, you will be expected to provide details of client base and
business liaison, as well as managing and growing resource levels.
Alongside this, you will be required to manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing
matters including:.
1. Freeholds Transactions
2. Leaseholds Transactions
3. Unregistered Transactions
4. Shared ownership Transactions
5. Sales and Purchase Transactions
6. Liaising with all parties in Transactions
7. Dealing with Property Finance
Personal Specification

The successful candidate will have have an excellent knowledge of Residential Conveyancing as well as:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision
3. Organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail
4. Outstanding client care skills along with providing regular client updates
5. The ability to work as part of a team
6. A positive, can-do attitude in a pressurised environment
7. In a busy team, it is imperative that you are result orientated
