Rudlings Solicitors LLP are actively seeking a Legal Secretary / Paralegal, to be based in our
Bury St Edmunds, Brandon or Norwich office. To work alongside our Family team.

Job Specification
The Role: - As a Legal Secretary, you will have the ability to manage a varied caseload of family
law matters. You will have knowledge of:
1. Family matters such as divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships and separations, financial and
property settlements, arrangements for children, pre-nuptial and co-habitation agreements.
2. Attend to any office administration requested such as dealing with post, filing, file opening /
closures, and keeping the file up to date on our case management system.
3. Preparing draft documents, invoices, and correspondence.
4. Dealing with client queries wherever possible, assisting the team with taking and making
telephone calls, as well as with Counsel and the Courts.
5. Support fee earners to progress all matters proactively.
