Solicitor
Jade is a qualified and experienced solicitor with a specialist focus on agricultural law, complemented by experience in commercial property. Based in East Anglia, she advises clients across Norwich, Thetford, Brandon, Bury St Edmunds, and the surrounding areas, including Diss, Newmarket, and North Norfolk.
She works closely with farmers, landowners, and rural businesses on a wide range of legal matters, including agricultural property transactions, tenancy agreements, succession planning, farming partnerships, and other rural issues. Her deep understanding of the agricultural sector enables her to offer practical, tailored advice that reflects the unique priorities of countryside clients.
In addition to her agricultural work, Jade also advises on commercial property matters such as acquisitions and disposals, leasing, and development projects. Her experience across both the Agricultural and Commercial Property departments allows her to support clients whose legal needs span both rural and business contexts.
Jade also trained within the Wills, Trusts & Probate and Commercial teams at Rudlings, gaining a strong foundation in private client and commercial law. This background is particularly valuable in agricultural matters where succession, landownership, and rural business structures often intersect.
She is known for delivering clear, practical advice and building lasting relationships. Whether helping a farming family with generational planning or guiding a rural enterprise through a property transaction, Jade brings insight, care, and attention to detail to every matter.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys countryside life across Norfolk and Suffolk, often accompanied by her loyal red Labrador. She is also passionate about country pursuits, including shooting and gundog training, and regularly participates in these activities throughout the region.
