Jade is a qualified solicitor and is dual-trained across both the Agricultural Law and Commercial Departments, working with clients across Norwich, Thetford, Brandon, Bury St Edmunds, and the surrounding areas, including Diss, Newmarket, and North Norfolk.

Jade’s training has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of a wide range of legal areas, with particular expertise in the agricultural sector, where she assists clients with property transactions, partnership agreements, succession planning, and other rural legal matters.

Jade also has a strong interest and proficiency in corporate law, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Management Buyouts (MBOs), as well as commercial property transactions. Her experience spans advising clients on property deals, commercial contracts, and the legal needs of businesses looking to expand or restructure. She regularly advises businesses on corporate structures, governance, and the negotiation of shareholder arrangements, helping clients navigate the complexities of ownership and management in both small and large businesses.

Having trained in the Wills, Trusts, and Probate Team and the Commercial Team at Rudlings, Jade has developed a comprehensive understanding of the diverse legal needs of her clients, ranging from commercial property owners and corporate entities to farmers, estate owners, and agricultural businesses. She has gained extensive experience advising on issues such as land transactions, leasing, and agricultural property, as well as corporate structures and business succession.
