Solicitor

David is a solicitor who has always practised in family law and specialises in matters concerning children. He qualified in 2009 and joined Rudlings LLP in 2022 and is based at the Norwich Office.

Having grown up in Norfolk, David studied in Bristol before returning to Norfolk to complete his training contract at a firm in Kings Lynn. Since qualifying David has always practised in Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire and is an experienced advocate who is well known in the local Courts.

David has been a member of the Law Society Children’s panel and is accredited to represent both children and parents in care proceedings. In addition to care proceedings work, David is also able to assist parents in children’s act proceedings in respect of disputes involving contact or children’s living arrangements. David also has close links to local domestic abuse charities and is able to assist domestic abuse victims in injunction proceedings including Non-Molestation Orders.

Outside of work David is married. His hobbies include travel, following the travails of Everton football club and walking his two labradoodle dogs.
