Jason is an ambitious member of our commercial and healthcare team based in the Thetford office. He acts for a range of clients, from local business owners, start-ups and SMEs to dentists, vets and GPs. Jason prides himself on providing practical advice on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, with particular focus on:

• mergers and acquisitions

• partnerships and company re-structuring

• refinancing

• partnership and shareholder agreements

• property transactions such as leases and commercial or agricultural sales and purchases

In addition to his involvement in general commercial matters Jason also has particular interest in the health sector and has experience acting for dentists, doctors, pharmacists and vets around the country. Recent transactional experience includes heading up a multi-million pound company demerger, acting on a £12.5 million pound share sale of a multi-site veterinary practice, dealing with the grant of a new high value lease for a large industrial and office building. As well as work further afield, Jason has acted for a number of local investors in purchasing and leasing local industrial units and has also gained particular experience acting for developers around Suffolk and Norfolk.

Jason joined Rudlings Wakelam in 2013 and qualified as a solicitor in October 2016 after studying Sports Law at university and completing the Legal Practice Course in Cambridge.

Outside of work Jason has a keen interest in sport and can often be found roaming the trails of Thetford Forest on his bike.
