Kerri Westlake is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Family Law.  Kerri’s particular specialisms are in divorce/finance as well as complex children act proceedings. Kerri is experienced in asset protection and business re-structure on divorce. 

 

Kerri has a close working relationship with domestic violence organisations and understands the intricacies of domestic abuse and its impacts on families and relationships.  Kerri was instructed in the case of JM v MF [2020]. Which involved fact finding concerning allegations of domestic abuse and serious sexual assault. It lead to the retraining of family judges in factfinding concerning sexual assault to meet the same standards as their criminal judge counterparts.  In accordance with PD12J.
