Kerry has over 25 years of experience in family and matrimonial law and is highly recommended by her peers.  Kerry is supportive and pragmatic, providing legal advice which is aimed at resolving matters as amicably and cost effectively as possible.  Kerry has qualified as an accredited specialist in Family Law with Resolution, an organisation which aims to conduct litigation in a non-confrontational way to minimise its emotional impact on families and individuals.

Kerry acts as a single solicitor and provides advice to separating couples who want to reach an amicable settlement.  A service where both parties receive open legal advice on their rights in the law and are helped to make decisions which meet their family’s needs.  Often in a more cost effective and less acrimonious way.

Kerry is an expert in defined benefit pension schemes and complex pension portfolio sharing or company/business structures.

Kerry has experience in international disputes.  Foreign assets or legal systems as well as asset protection (pre-nuptial or settlement agreements). Kerry is supported by financial experts, in matrimonial finances to include IFA’s, PODE’s, taxation and mortgage advisors.
