Octavia joined our Private Client Team in October 2022. Octavia has worked in this area of law since 2011 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2016. Octavia obtained her additional practice rights in 2026. She is a full member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers which is the leading training and best practice organisation for lawyers who specialise in vulnerable and older clients. Octavia is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

• Preparation of Wills

• Inheritance Planning

• Drafting of Powers of Attorney

• Probate and Estate Administration

• Court of Protection applications for the appointment and removal of Deputies.

Octavia prides herself in being approachable to all clients and takes satisfaction from being able to help others, especially in a time of need or uncertainty. She offers advice in a clear and calm manner whilst removing the stress of dealing legal matters from her clients.

In her spare time, Octavia enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. Octavia has a boundless love of horses, and is often out riding in the forest, or at local equine events at weekends.
