Solicitor

Paige qualified as a solicitor in April 2026 and works within our commercial department, specialising in commercial property transactions.

Before joining Rudlings, Paige trained at another local firm where she extended her Commercial Property seat during the second year of her training contract. During this time, she gained a broad range of experience across both residential conveyancing and commercial property matters.

Paige has been involved in a variety of commercial property transactions, including the grant and assignment of leases, secured lending matters, licences, and the sale and purchase of commercial premises.

She graduated with a law degree in 2022 before completing her LPC and LLM at the University of Law in 2023.

Outside of work, Paige captains a successful local netball team in the South Norfolk Netball League. She also enjoys reading and spending time with friends.
