Steven is a Partner in the firm. He joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2007 and has been retained by the firm since qualification in 2009.

Working in the Commercial Department, Steven has a particular interest in the acquisition and disposal of Companies. Steven acts for businesses in East Anglia and beyond, dealing for a wide spectrum of corporate clients, healthcare professionals, private investors and agricultural clients in relation to all types of transactional work, freehold acquisitions, land law and developments projects.

In addition, Steven can provide advice in relation to the day to day running of your business in particular to;

• Supply of goods and services & terms of trade

• Rights and duties of shareholders and directors – including shareholders agreement and directors service contracts

• Partnership Agreements

• Corporate finance and security

• Partnership including the drafting and advising on partnership deeds

• Employment disputes, contracts, policies and procedures, TUPE and settlement agreements

 

Outside of the firm, Steven acts as a trustee for a charitable trust and is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce. He has a keen interest in sport and enjoys football, rugby and golf.
