Zoe joined Rudlings Solicitors LLP in March 2023 and qualified as a Solicitor in August 2026. She is based at our Thetford office and works within the Commercial Department.

Zoe studied at Nottingham Trent University before completing her Legal Practice Course and Master’s degree at the University of Law.

​

Having lived in Norfolk all her life, Zoe has a strong knowledge of the local area and the surrounding counties.

​

Zoe assists clients with a variety of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial property sales and purchases
• Lease transactions, including the granting of leases, licences and assignments
• Property refinancing and finance matters

​

Outside of work, Zoe enjoys keeping active with long walks and running, as well as spending time with her friends and family.
